We are delighted to welcome René Pieren who is providing us with support and advice in the Netherlands, as we develop and grow our European footprint.
René has over 40 years banking, commercial & leveraged finance and asset-based lending experience gained in a wide variety of roles including risk, sales and marketing, operations as well as senior roles where he has managed teams and built and grown businesses.
He started his career in corporate banking and was most recently active as Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager of BNP Paribas Factor The Netherlands where he was responsible in setting up a greenfield operation. In 2022, René started his own consultancy firm where he has continued to successfully support and advise his corporate clients.
René lives in Breda is married and has two daughters. In his spare time René is a keen golf player and amateur chef acknowledging the late and great Keith Floyd as his inspiration…as he normally has a glass of wine (or two) whilst cooking!!
