European Valuations worked with Parity’s advisers, FRP Debt Advisory, who managed the debt raising process and directed the detailed scope of our work which included a pre-lend due diligence review of the accounts receivable incorporating a detailed analysis of the accrued income for potential funding purposes.
Our report was utilised by Leumi ABL who structured and provided a Ā£9m ABL facility to support the company’s working capital requirements.
