Established in 1948 Bromborough Paint & Building Supplies is family owned and is the third largest independent paint distributor in the UK, with over 100 employees suppling professional decorators and DIY enthusiasts with all the major brands, from wallpapers and paints, to stylish accessories and woodcare products.
Our work encompassed conducting a pre-lend due diligence review of the accounts receivable and an evalaution & appraisal of the inventory assets for potential asset based lending purposes. Arbuthnot Commercial ABL structured and provided a comprehensive £5.5m ABL funding facility the purchase consideration, allow the business to extend its geographic distribution and accelerate the growth of its e-commerce offering.
