European Valuations was engaged by AURELIUS Equity, to provide multi-asset valuation advice across multiple jurisdictions namely the United Kingdom, the USA and Denmark to assit with the acquistion and subsequent financing of GKN Wheels & Structures, a Melrose Industries company. GKN Wheels is a world leading manufacturer of off-highway wheels.
Our work encompassed appraising the inventory, reviewing the accounts receivable and valuing the machinery & equipment in each of the jurisdictions. Our reports and advice were utilised by Aurelius Equity, and their ultimate funders Wells Fargo Capital Finance UK who structured an ABL facility to support and assist the company with its working capital needs.
