European Valuations was engaged by Sullivan Street Partners to provide asset valuation advice to assist in the acquisition of ISS Facility Services and for on-going working capital financing post acquisition.
Our work included reviewing the accounts receivable owned by the company and provivinding a plant & equipment valuation of the ground care and maintenance equipment which was held in multiple sites.
The new company was named Tivoli Group Limited. A £12 million asset-based financing facility was structured and provided by Arbuthnot Commercial Asset Based Lending with FRP Debt Advisory providing support and advice to Sullivan Street in obtaining the financing facility.
